I loved the hotel's central location, perfect for those coming straight off the ferry or looking to explore the city. The rooms, although a bit worn, were spacious and offered great views. I absolutely loved the hotel's superb location at the beginning of the biggest street of Livorno, offering fantastic shopping and sightseeing opportunities. The room was clean but on the small side, and while the service was quick and efficient, I wished they had been more proactive about room problems. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to the city's core and array of good restaurants made it a top spot to stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although spacious and offering a balcony view of the harbour, felt outdated, dark, and a bit smelly. Opening the window led to a noisy environment. The walls definitely need some fresh paint. On the bright side, the service staff were kind and helpful, despite occasional abruptness. The location right on the harbour was superb for exploring the city and taking in the sea views. The dining options were above average with a good variety of dishes. However, the facilities need some refreshment.
